Yoco assurance!
Hi Yoco, I am seriously thinking of making use of your service's. When I read the bad reviews I have my doubts. How can you assure me of a good service and not withholding funds for days and weeks. I am using sureswipe and they don't do that. What is my guarantee that this is not the case with you? Regards new potential client.

14 Jun 2021, 10:28Our apologies for that, we would like to make you aware though that our systems show you have signed up with business name Photon on 20 April 2021 with a different email address. I see there are no transactions processed. There are instances where we are not able to verify some details added onto an application, such as bank details, a clear ID copy, and this can cause a delay with payout. Verification takes between 1-2 working days but, if we are not able to verify your details, email communication is sent to you to inform you of what's needed. Your Yoco app and Business Portal will have notifications as well if we have not been able to verify your details. If you're waiting any longer than 1-2 working days, you're welcome to reach out to our Support team on *** or via live chat and will be assisted with any support you may need.
