Yoco a misled sales and facts company

Yoco is an absolute misled company, with **** advertising and sales facts, they do not reply on email, or WhatsApp or the chats groups, nothing. If you need support, like i did do not bother to phone, it is an waste of money and time, all they stand for is receiving from your own business, they are not for expanding or backing or growing your business if you are white and female. I have used yoco with a consistency amount for longer than 5 months, and they do not live up to their sales facts to grow your business. You can phone yoco support and wait up to 2h45m or until you run out of airtime and still not a reply on email or a call back. My first yoco khumo was ****** and it took 2 days and a lot of airtime to report my device ******, no support. Yoco is a complete misled company that only stands for receiving a percentage of your business and would not refer anyone to use this company.

I totaly understand that you dont cover ****** devices, my unhappiness is that yoco promised that they will back me when my business needs their help I do a R120 000 turnover per month and meet all their requirements but are not able to back me to grow my business! That I do not understand!

It took me 2 days to get yoco to answer me in order for me to report my ****** device, after i purchased a new device it took longer for yoco to reply for the setup as well, so there is no support from yoco at all. Even when my first device was malfunctioning...nothing from yoco. Not a call back, nothing, i had to loose my sales because yoco does not feel like with help support. In order for me to grow my business i had to keep up with consistency for 3 months, which i did, i do average above R100 000 per month, where yoco received their percentage, a further 5 months and still no hope on expanding my business. And yoco just do not answer, email or nothing. So..., misled and **** sales from yoco.
