Worst turn-around time

Worst customer service turn around time. Their whatsapp chat agents take forever to respond, when they do they are so casual and you have to keep putting "?'' to get them to respond. If i could rate this zero i would, i can't help but ask myself what of the laymen who makes use of your services and is not tech-lit they would really have a hard time reaching your people.
