Worst after sales service EVER

Probably the absolute WORST company I've ever dealt with! I have sent not 1, not 2 but 8 emails, stating VERY CLEARLY on all 8 that I get a specific error, and still I get NO assistance except for a canned response directing me to website to finish registration. How do you complete a registration when you get an error that prevents you from registering. Funny, the sales dept can email me daily, even AFTER I've already purchased 2 machines that I CAN'T USE!
