VERY UNRELIABLE SERVICE
The staffs at the risk department do not bother carrying out proper investigation when Needed.
They Just Totally just rely on there Personal Discrepancies also disregarding the Effect that these poor Decisions they make Have on the businesses that have signed Up to Yoco just to handle their finances.. Most times you have delivered a service and they still withhold your funds for services you already delivered making you wait for no reason even after they must have verified the Transactions you just can not rely on them to resolve a very Minor issue that could be resolved with just a phone call ..
