USELESS SUPPORT! DO NOT USE!

They are useless. I have contacted them four times about my money laying in the payment gateway because they are just not paying out. It has been more than a week and every time they tell me we will escalate it. Then I am being told they have sent me an email, to which I rep**** as they give no instructions or directive to what seems to be the problem. They don't answer your questions and they don't tell you what seems to be the problem. Yet we have used them for a year now. They did not warn us of anything being wrong and the system also says everything is right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When you need support you will be left in the dark. I would rather recommend using Paystack, which is compatible with almost everything and has a much nicer system.
