USELESS COMPANY

What a USELESS company! There is no way to contact them. Their online chat facility says responds in under 30 minutes but it should say responds i under 30 hours. Their chat from their app doesn't give you a notification when the service person responds and closes the chat automatically after no response for 5 minutes after their service person eventually responds.

I have lodged a query and gotten automated emails, to which no one responds. I have sent a Facebook message, this has been left on read. They are quick to take their money but don't care about their clients. Our machine worked for ages and then all of a sudden stopped connecting to their servers.

Apparently this has to do with our business profile but it's not as if we can even update this, because no one can tell us what is actually wrong with it. We are definitely looking into a new machine where they actually have customer service gents who know what they're doing and treat the clients with respect
