Terrible experience with Yoco who have acted disreputably and are hiding from the consequences of their own errors (which they have admitted).

After having authorised a transaction for R80k, and knowing that the goods had been delivered, they retrospectively classified the transaction as 'risky' and refunded the client against our instructions, whilst leaving them with the goods.

When confronted with their actions they verbally conceded that they had failed to follow the written terms of business contained in their merchant agreement, and that they had no legal right to refund the money.

With the client in possession of the goods and having had their money back, Yoco then simply stopped corresponding with us.

Totally *********, this is not a business you can trust.
