Unbelievable service

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being helped step by step trying to have my Yoco FICA activation done. Through no fault of YOCO my activation was a bit complicated, probably due to me being chronologically and technologically challenged. Lesa had all the patience in the world and had me on the phone for some time and helped me through, without ever getting impatient or rushed with me. I have never had such a helpful person on the other end of the line when trying to solve these sort of problems. Thank you so much Lesa for your kindness, patience and respect you for me yesterday.
