its so embarrassing , that you cant do a basic refund .

We've checked with our team and they have informed us that you were made aware that your refund won't go through as you don't have the full amount available currently. You were advised to EFT your customer or wait until you have the full amount available on your profile to process the refund. We do appreciate the feedback you have provided and are always looking at better ways to help you run your business. For now, these are the processes when it comes to refunding.
