TERRIBLE SERVICE WORST STAFF To whom it may concern

I write this email in utter disbelief In your service staff and as a company as a whole. I have made an order over a month ago and still nothing has been delivered . Your staff has asked for proof of payment which I have sent but it wasn't good enough due to it not being in pdf format ,understandable I sent the pdf format... there's still no device which i have paid for already. This is utter ridiculousness which I would've not expected from a new company who's trying to put their name out there, I'm very disgusted with your company yoco as I haven't even received a phone call or email regarding this.

This Is a warning that should my machine not be delivered by Monday the 9th of August 2021 I would be going to social media and other platforms in order to make sure that this ***** of a company is seen for how useless it really is which is YOCO. Give me my machine or my money back because I don't ever want to do business with YOCO ever again and I will ensure that any person that i know be it through social media or through Hello Peter knows the disgrace of a company which is YOCO.

I expect a response before 5pm today from and actual person and not an automated reply in regards to progress of my machine. As well as I want management to have a proper investigation in regard to why are they're staff so pathetic
