TERRIBLE SERVICE!

TERRIBLE customer service! I have been waiting (and is still waiting) for over 20 days now to get my funds and no one can tell me what is going on, they keep on telling me they are escalating it to the risk department for feedback but I never get any response. According to them there is no direct line to communicate with the risk department so how on earth are we suppose to know what is going on. Definitely WILL NOT recommend any one to use their services.
