Terminated by very rude agent (new business start ups I wouldn’t recommend )

Very shocking getting a call from your agent, who is rude and talks to be like I have done a crime. Your agents must be trained well you can’t call a client with an attitude from the get go. Secondly am new to business and new experience instead of telling me what to do and wat not to do so am complaint . You just label my business as high risk because I have no well established social media page. Extremely disgusting feeling I had from a very short call. Until now I am trying to make sense of why am terminated, all I can conclude is the agent was just on a mission to abuse her authority. I wouldn’t recommend yoco for any one establishing a new business
