Taking away my income
Been taking away from a whole week of my income by removing the tip feature. There was no warning or plan in action and responses have been uninformative and unhelpful

12 Dec 2022, 11:27Hi Eloise, we are sorry to hear this. Please confirm if your Tips are enabled. Only the Administrator can see that, either on the Yoco App or Portal. You can do this by going to your business settings on your business portal or Yoco app, selecting tips and selecting " ask for tip on card machine".
