Takes forever to deliver

Ordered Yoco card machine on the 5th of April, now the 11th and still have not received it. They are using CCD Couriers for their deliveries and they are very poor at service. I complained online to yoco they said they will contact logistics and get back to me. Nothing yet. So sad i referred other people to this service
