Support Teams are slow, arrogant and clueless

Worst experience ever!!!

Their support channels are limited to chat services. Their support teams have no idea on how to resolve issues. You get sent from Whatsapp chat to email support teams, email support teams send you back to Whatsapp chat teams. It's either no one wants to do their job or no one knows how to do their job.

The is no care for the customer at all. Their support consultants are rude, clueless and arrogant.

All I want is for them to complete my bank account verification, its been two months and everyday a useless and arrogant consultant will advise that I must wait for 24 hours for the verification process to complete.

I would definitely recommend the traditional banks merchant services over Yoco. As soon as I'm able to withdraw my money from their system, I'm migrating to FNB merchant services.
