I could not get my Yoco Go machine linked to my profile at all, due to reasons outside of my control (needed Yoco Support assistance). I phoned in, and Charmaine S assisted me! She showed great pride in her work, and she managed to get the whole problem resolved in a matter of 1 hour. The whole problem was streamlined and very well communicated.
