Snobby Support Staff

Just got off the phone to an arrogant lady from Yoco's support team. I merely wanted to understand if one could "rename" card machines, so that it is easier to identify what card machine is transacting at which site/store without having to recon sales using the serial number of each machine. Manageable at this stage as we only have a 8 machines, but if one were to reach 50 - 100 machines, pretty difficult to navigate each machine based on a 10 digit serial number. Should be a simple piece of code to write - maybe ask one of your "product managers" to explore. Quick word of advice, tell your support staff to not be so snobby and maybe heed some advice from customers.
