Sarcastic service

Since last week Tuesday I cannot use the Yoco plugin on my Wordpress website. I reported the error via the support email address. Since Thursday last week nobody is responding to my emails on your support. So yesterday I decided to reach out via WhatsApp support. I was promised that somebody will be in contact with me. Seeing that nobody contacted me I reached out again on WhatsApp support. Then I get a flippen sarcastic answer. Your service is terrible!!!!!

I understand that problems happen, but hell if you ask somebody what to do when you still don't receive feedback and they answer you oh, just contact us again. Where on this planet do you find these people? What type of training do you give these people. This is unacceptable!

I then guess it is time to move away from Yoco as all is just made my problem again. This happened 1 or 2 weeks after your upgrade or are you willing to get one of your software developers to login on the backend of my website to assist me resolving this?

Seeing that I love your payment gateway I used my own developer to resolve the issue. Sad that this is the way these scenarios are handled.
