Sabotaging small business! ******!

I wish I could give them a zero. Yoco has the worst after sales service! I've had to send them the bank confirmation letter about four times and each time kept coming back to say they hadnt received. In this time, they were saying they are unable to settle our funds, but were very much able to take their fees while as a small business we sit without our funds! I call Yoco today, speak to Zandile, who again asks me to send her the same bank confirmation, I had been sending for about 4 times. I send it to her, she tells me the money will be settled and she will call me back to confirm. Its been more than an hour and she still has not called back! This is disgusting service! And you say your Y is to help small businesses! My foot! Big talk but cant back it up, as is mostly the case! SETTLE OUR MONEY YOCO
