If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.

I am beyond disgusted with my experience with Yoco. My account was suddenly terminated without any proper explanation, and they claim they sent me an email with details - which I NEVER received. That alone already shows how unreliable and dishonest their communication is.

What makes this even worse is that they are now holding onto my money. At this point, it honestly feels like outright *****. No transparency, no accountability, and absolutely no concern for their customers. I have tried to get answers, but there is zero urgency or care from their side.It is shicking as i have been using them for 4 years.

This is completely unacceptable. No business should treat people this way - especially when it comes to someone’s hard-earned money.

I will not let this go. I will be taking this further until I get what is rightfully mine.

To anyone considering using Yoco - DON’T. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential financial loss. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company.
