Purchased New Neo Touch Machine

I was surprised by all the negative reviews on this site. I bought a new card machine and it works perfectly. I didn't even need to contact someone at the company. They did have a feedback form with a limit of 50 characters, which feels rediculous, so I now copy down what I wanted to write in there:

Only thing I didn't realize from all the online descriptions is that you cannot link an Invoice from the Yoco app to a payment on this device. All payments are standalone. It's not even close to a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to know in advance. The machine itself works wonderfully, it's simple, clean, and easy to operate and setup (wifi). Also I am pleasantly surprised by how well the device sits in it's cradle. Job very well done 👍. Also CCD Couriers you sent was very professional and efficient, even when delivering to my rural location with very difficult directions. I can highly recommend them.
