Poor show Yoco

Up till yesterday , I thought Yoco was extremely efficient . That changed yesterday . I requested an instant payout as after paying several large bills I needed cash flow rather urgently. Up till yesterday this generally means that the payment happens almost immediately so I expected this to happen seamlessly . I found out that this didn't happen after trying to pay for some purchases and having my card declined . After checking my account I realised that I received no credit from Yoco. I tried another instant payout in order correct my finances. Again , it didnt go through . I contacted Yoco and despite their app saying they were fully operational , I was told that they were having trouble with their payouts. I was told they were working on it together with their issuing bank ABSA . I was then told that the situation would be fixed by close of business . Later on that afternoon , I received the second payment and this morning I received my normal fast payout . However almost 24hrs later I am still waiting on my first instant payout . When I contacted Yoco Support this morning < I was told they are still working on the problem with no timeline when the problem would be solved.
