Poor service
Cant complain about service for there is NO service. Numerous attempts to try and resolve problems to no avail. Please take this machine back and replace with something better! Faan

11 Dec 2023, 15:251.On numerous occasions the transaction showed decline even though the client has available funds. This leaves client embarresed. After a number of attempts, it will accept payment
2. Operation is super slow. Many times we have to try a few times before a transaction goes through.
3. Tried to resolve the issue on several occasions. Either the call centre official could not help or promised to phone back only to ignore me.
4. Unit must be replaced for something better or I will have to look for something else
