Poor service

They used to be fantastic. You could phone and speak to an agent who quickly helped you. I have been trying for days to resolve my problem with no success. You get AI that cannot help. Secondly I could book an appointment to speak to someone which did not phone me on the scheduled time. Someone phoned clearly from their home with a bad conversation also with no success. I am currently using a yoco but it has difficulty with th tap function. I want them to help me sort it out or buy another one. If I want to buy another one it says I already have an account which I do. How on earth must I sort this out. It is ridiculous!!!! Small businesses doesn't have the capacity to try and sort this out for days. They were excellent with their service now it is just s frustration. They are going to loose a lot of business.
