Payout issues for almost 2weeks
Been trying to recieve my payouts from last week, which is a substantial amount, for me to make my reorders, seems like thier customer care doesn't care, I have to wait for response and repeat myself over and over with no assistance.

14 Aug 2024, 16:50Since now it's saying money was refunded, was it refunded to the clients, since my Yoco account now says, I'm on -R104, what's really happening and your consultant, just responds with, I have forwarded your querie and someone will respond. I have not been so frustrated, I also have orders to make.
