PATHETIC customer service

đźš« NO CUSTOMER SERVICE đźš«

My husband has been happily using Yoco for his small business, so naturally I thought, “Perfect, I’ll move my restaurant business over too.” Well, two months later, here I am — still waiting for someone at Yoco to figure out what “customer service” actually means.

I’ve called multiple times, spoken to multiple people, and received multiple promises that the “right person” would get back to me. Spoiler alert: they haven’t. The most recent promise was made on Thursday — it’s now Saturday. Still waiting. Should I pencil in a follow-up for Christmas?

I specifically wanted to buy the Yoco Table for my business, but apparently getting someone to actually sell me the product is too much to ask. Yoco seems laser-focused on pumping money into shiny upgrades and fancy features, but perhaps they should consider a revolutionary concept: investing in staff who actually answer customers.

Because here’s the hard truth: you can have the slickest product in the world, but if your customer service is non-existent, your business will eventually collapse under the weight of broken promises.

Yoco — stop building the spaceship until you learn how to drive the car.
