Owe us a refund!

If you can save yourself annoyance, don’t bother using Yoco! The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, all the different departments don’t know whats going! So if you call, you will get a different answer everytime based on who you speak to! They owe us just over R10k in refunds for their mistake!! And now when it comes to the end of the month, and it actually being done! NOTHING HAPPENS!! They’ve tried to resolve this problem for over a month now, and I was the one that figured it out! They didn’t even realise their mistake! You don’t give a **** if a family suffers and we don’t pay rent, because of your mistake!
