No payout in almost 2 months because I'm still not verified

I bought a Yoco Machine early March 2022, almost two months later I'm still not verified and that has resulted in no payout. All required documents were sent to Anita Gertze via email, she keeps asking for documents that she already has. I don't know why Yoco has made it easy to purchase their machines, yet make it difficult to vet or verify our details. I need someone to explain to me how exactly am I suppose to run my business when they're sitting with my money?

I'm disgusted with their poor service. No office to walk in, call center and online chat is just as useless.
