No machine but paid for it!

Do not buy a Yoco machine!!!!!!!! We ordered our machine over a week ago. They say delivery is 3 days but no machine. Called the courier and the courier say that they haven’t received anything yet. Called Yoco and they say oh sorry we don’t know when it will arrive because of the logistics. Like what poor service is this? #yocomustfall I will be taking this matter to the nation consumer council
