No Care Service

The customer service is so poor. Customer service agents take 5 minute to type a 1 line answer. It's taking me 45 minutes and counting to sort out the most simple online things. The service agents have a "no care" approach. Been my experience the full 6 year I have been with them. Super frustrating. Giving PayFast a chance.
