My first experience the worst experience.

I am very new at Yoko. I bought a machine because of a personal transaction that needed to be made. The Transaction was R20000 and then R1000. Yoko enquired about that and asked for supporting documents. The email also stated that if supported documents are not submitted the money could be withheld for further investigation. This process would then take up to 7 working days. I have immediately submitted the supporting documents along with the customers details that purchased a lounge suite from me. We need for this issue to be resolved before month-end but now they are still claiming that the process will take up to 7 working days. So this means they are contradicting themselves because they said if no supporting documents were submitted then there will be an investigation. But still they are investigating and refusing to payout my money. This process is now putting us behind schedule for month end payments and it only sows a message to me that they will keep your money to make interest on it no matter if it *****s you over. We are in a pandemic time and try to make ends meet in any way and still no matter what you do you can't seem to come ahead. Please i need help with this. If i knew this will happen with my first transaction I would have never supported Yoco in the first place. Spoken to Annelise Hutama at Risk department.

Hi Louise, we're so sorry for the experience. Annalise will send you a further update to explain the issue and waiting period, if she hasn't already. We apologise and hope to have this sorted as soon as possible for you.

Best regards,

LN

Hi Yoco

I have been speaking to Anneliese with emails forward and back today and she keeps on saying the same thing it will take up to 7 days. Which is contradicting your first email still.
