Multiple faulty machines
Terrible service. After struggling to get hold of the courier information, after multiple attempts with consultants at the call centre scheduling urgent deliveries for the new yoco machine, because its the 2nd time our current yoco machine was faulty. When the new machine arrived, it wasn't working properly at all and also wasn't delivered with a charger. We lost a great amount of money, because the new yoco machine kept giving problems on problems, kept loosing bluetooth connections and denying sales. After struggling to get proper service with urgent delivery for a machine and then to receive a new machine that is not working 100 persent. Its unacceptable and really disspointing .
