Misleading adverting
I had my first event yesterday and the Kumo Print made my life easy and hard at the same time, it states "Our most powerful card machine, with a built-in printer for receipts." on there website, I can don't get any items on the print-out and it only shows the Yoco logo not MY LOGO, I have one for a reason!
It should be able to show the items, I went for this option as an all in one and I am really disappointed with the fact that I need another device "Printer" to be able to do my slips.
We are a small business that sells food, itemized billing is really important to us and I would of gone with another solution if I knew that prior.
Please give an option in the app to allow me to print my items on the receipt, other wise its just a payment confirmation printer which doesn't work for a food stall.

Our team has confirmed that “itemised billing for printed receipts” is a feature we’re working on for a future release. As soon as this is available, we will send an update.
Currently, you are able to send a full receipt with item info via email. In the meantime, should you wish to return your Khumo Print please let us know and we will be in touch to arrange.
