Loss of a customer

So i order a card reader from Yoko and pay cash for it, only to ber informed that it will be delivered by CCD couriers who are the worst company in SA when it comes to reliability. Schedule a deliver for between 12 and 2 today. Needless to say CCD couriers fail yet again to deliver on time costing me income losses sitting waiting for them. Their excuse is they tried calling me at 1pm ONCE !!!(one hour into time frame) to reschedule wether it suited me or not and voive message left, surely you try calling your customer again and again and agin if you about to ***** up???? Anyway i cancelled my order from yoko as they had just as **** attitude and using same excuse as CCD couriers, WHO will pay my loss of income waiting for this lot to dekiver? WHY carry on usung such a useless company????
