It is hard to improve when you are perfect

When I first signed up with Yoco I was more than impressed with their service and continual feedback but thought, like many businesses, this was just the "marketing face" of the company and future interactions would diminish in the quality of service.

How wrong I was. I recently needed their assistance with a challenge I was experiencing and received legendary service from Tashneem Jappie. Not only did Tashneem assist in solving my issue but in my opinion went above and beyond what I expected.

Tashneem is an ambassador for the service culture at Yoco and it is through experiences like this that I will continue recommending the Yoco brand to my clients.
