*****ing our funds as its not paid out

I wanted to just change the bank details to another bank account of my own business. Now its not possible and they have been withholding our payments for more than a week now! I tried to phone and email but no one seems to have answers. Mean time our business must continue to be open, but they keeping our funds! OUR INCOME! Fibstars trading as Barrydale Backpackers
