Incomplete order, no device received.
Ordered a Yoco device online on 26 Nov, paid via the instant EFT option. Money was debited from my account immediately. I have been struggling ever since to receive the device. Communication is slow to non existent. It is like using a homing ***eon, hoping to get a response every second day. Absolutely disappointed, as I am losing income and no one takes responsibility to have the issue resolved.
