If you need help at YOKO, find RAZAAN. She is super efficient, patient and helpful. For the rest of the six staff members I tried to get help from - they should go home. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company. Razaan, THANK YOU, you were an amazing help. I truly hope your company sees this, they need serious investigation into their staff.
