ID Verification is flawed
very disappointed, ordered a machine for my dad who is a pensioner, opening a small secondhand shop. Your ID verification is extremally flawed, not everyones has access to a smart phone with camera to take perfect pictures. Tried on a a few phones, constantly says its blurry. when we asked for assistance were told either you do it that way or take your machine back. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. A month later still pending
