I was terribly confused with the set up of a new machine that I was trying to help a friend with. The friend lives on a farm where they cant receive emails or WhatsApp and hence I got involved as I have had 3 Yoco machines already over many years and love Yoco and there fantastic service. I was getting quite desperate to help my friend as she needed her machine up and running for the market day on the weekend. I was really quite stressed out. Good News! I was refered to the Yoco Consultant, TAMIA. What a professional. She calmly went through everything with me and all was sorted out very quickly. Thank you so much. TAMIA you are my hero.
