I had a problem with my Yoco machine, Thabang only asked me for a picture of the back, confirmed it was still under warrenty and from there on he sorted everything. Today I received my new machine, pre-loaded with all of my shop details and loaded on my online portal. I would recommend any new business big or small to invest in their business with Yoco and ask for Thabang.
