I ordered a yoco and it said it was a 3 day delivery

I ordered a yoco and it said it was a 3 day delivery. The courier company called to say they could only deliver in 6 days due to the weekend.I have guests arriving and need it for this weekend. I called Yoco and spoke to Tanaka ,he arranged in less then an hour that i will recieve it tomorrow. This is incredible customer service.Well done
