I bought a Yoco Khumo card machine and it unfortunately wasn't able to link with my profile in order for me to transact, I then made contact with the support desk and I was able to get assistance from Jaysree who was very helpful and assist in getting my machine to work. I complained about my the verification process taking to long, only to release I sent an email a few days ago, which I missed and did not respond to.
