Huge improvement of service

I would just l like to thanks Jaime Poggenpoel for her great service. After several weeks of frustration of not getting through to someone who can help, Jaime was a pleasure and a delight to deal with and was able to answer my questions. She has also assisted in sorting some of the issues with the Khumo I had and I have seen almost instant results, such as a cash payment option and custom amounts in my categories. This already has made a huge difference. The Khumo itself is a great solution for loadshedding and not having to have a cellphone to operate it as well makes for a much more fluid operation. Thanks again Jaime and for the development team who has added the options we needed to speedily.
