horrible time to get my money from Yoco

TERRIBLE Service from Yoco!!!! They have our money for a week and there's no light when they are going to pay us. They keep on saying our account is flagged as a risk account and their RISK people will contact us. its been 4 days waiting for the call from risk people and they are not calling us.... very unprofessional.
