Happy custome with Rieshka Botha help

Good day

I am a yoco customer for a few years to date. About 2 weeks ago I tried to purchase 2 yoco machines from yoco because I'm not tech savvy I reach for help via the yoco whatsapp and opted to speak to someone 2 weeks of struggle when the persons called me they where not very helpful and tells me they would call me back this went on for 2 weeks which left me very frustrated and angry the worst part of it all was I did not get the peoples names.

I then gave it a last attempt to try and get ahold of someone made sure i got a name this time. The person who attended to my call Rieshka Botha assisted me from start to end and even did a follow up after I received both yoco machines that was purchased. OMW what an amazing helpful, passionate, friendly and outstanding person she is it there was another star rating desides 5 she definitely deserves it.

I was so angry because I'm the customer and did not receive help from the other staff members, but with this ladies helpful assistance she did not only calm me with her kindness and helpful attitude I end up giving yoco a new client it's people like Riesha Botha that makes customer feel special when there performance is over and beyond.
