Over a month since they collected their machine... no refund as promised, they dont call to update what's going on. Everytime I call to check what's the delay they only say they just put a claim for me and it takes 21 days to process. They took my machine on the 4th December still waiting for God knows what. please refund my R750.

12 Jan 2020, 19:53I paid and received an email thanking me for my payment Tanya Ross on the 18/12/2019. I even sent another proof of payment since I had unauthorized debits of R64 which I therefore disputed as I was ignored about it. My payment was done on 22/11/2019 15:01. Machine collected on the 4th Dec. Please refund my money.im not Interested in your disorganized systems and stories
