FISO, Mr. Over promise under deliver

There is a difference between quick handling time and **** handling time and they do both. So I was promised by FISO within in minutes that my package will be expressed delivered TODAY just to get 4 calls from CCD couriers that they can only come one Tuesday or Thursday. Zainab takes an hour just to tell me the same thing as I am waiting on the other side because and I quote "colleague , he is currently on calls with merchants" so over promise under deliver is their moto. Now this has happened just once but now the second time, so much for your quick and efficient service.
