Fantastic service from Yoco!

Yoco, you restored my faith in SA business!

After a week of *horrid* service from many companies and institutions, I decided to take advantage of the specials YOCO were running.

I logged onto the Yoco website, and started completing the application. I was not even done yet, and my phone rang. On the other side was a very friendly Yoco sales consultant checking if I needed any assistance with my application. I declined help as the process was quite straight forward.

Within minutes of my application being submitted, the phone rang again, this time from the courier company confirming that my Yoco would be delivered not only on a specific day, but also the exact TIME!

As promised, at the exact time promised, I got an sms telling me the courier is outside. I went to the door, and true to form, there he was.

Once received the process of setting it up and configuring it was very easy, and within minutes I made my 1st sale.

Overall Yoco blew my mind! I am not used to such great and speedy service.
